How Can We
Help You
We work with all types of immigration processes, from the simplest to the most complex.
Defense against deportation:
Our lawyers develop a personalized strategy based on your case and assist you throughout the entire process, such as obtaining a Work Permit (EAD) and Social Security Number (SSN). The main options for immigration court cases are: Asylum, VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, Refugee Visa, among others.
Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ):
It is a Green Card process for minors under 21 years of age who live in the United States and have been victims of abuse, neglect or abandonment by one or both parents.
Green Card and Naturalization:
A Green Card allows foreign nationals to legally reside and work in the US permanently. After a certain period of permanent residence, it is possible to apply for naturalization, also known as citizenship, which guarantees full legal protection and access to federal benefits.
Family-based legalization:
Immigration through a family member, such as Green Card through marriage, Military Parole in Place, Fiancé Visa and others.
Process by work:
Green Card or Visa obtained through a sponsoring company or self-petition in special cases. This category includes EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4, and H-1B.
Petitions for reopening
case:
We can file appeals to reopen and challenge court decisions, such as deportation orders.
Accident and Criminal:
Our services cover accidents such as falls, work-related accidents and traffic accidents.
In criminal cases, we act when a person is the victim of a crime, such as assault, theft or threats.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How is my case evaluated?
The first step is to schedule a consultation directly with a licensed immigration attorney, who will conduct an in-depth analysis of your case, provide legal advice, and provide a quote for our services. If the contract is signed on the same day, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total contract value.
For certain types of cases and based on the criteria defined by our support team, we offer a free assessment with an immigration specialist, who will ask you a few questions to understand your case and provide you with a quote for our services.
In both cases, your case will be handled by a licensed attorney and an experienced support team.
2. I've been scammed by another lawyer. How can I trust Centurion Legal Group?
We understand your concern. Unfortunately, there are many fake offices and malicious professionals who take advantage of the lack of technical knowledge of vulnerable immigrants.
At Centurion Legal Group, our mission is to work with integrity and transparency to help immigrant families in the United States achieve their goals.
Dr. Luciano Park, the firm's managing attorney, is a legal commentator on Record TV Américas, Nossa Rádio USA, and Web Rádio Insuperável. He gives informative lectures on immigrant rights and is politically engaged in the state of Massachusetts.
Over the years, we have accumulated numerous success stories, always led by licensed attorneys and a highly experienced team.

The cost depends on the type of case and the needs of each client. At Centurion Legal Group, we offer different payment options and special plans to facilitate access to our legal services, always with transparency and no surprises.
4. How long does the process take?
The timeframe can vary considerably, as each type of immigration process has its own steps and depends directly on the particularities of your case and the analysis carried out by the United States immigration authorities.
At Centurion Legal Group, our team closely monitors every phase of your case to ensure everything is done correctly and in the shortest possible time.
5. Do you assist clients outside of Massachusetts?
Our physical offices are located in Massachusetts (Framingham and Everett), but we serve immigrants throughout the United States.
6. Can I pay the cost of the process in installments?
We have special payment plans, to be negotiated directly with the lawyer during the first consultation.
